What are you doing for you?

Alright. I have got to do this now. This blog is about sharing tips and recipes on health, wellness, exercise, weight management, etc. Feel free to leave a comment on what you're doing for yourself. What a great way to connect with others sharing the same struggles.

  2. Hello, it's Miss Janice! I love Southern food, which is not always the most healthy food on the pyramid! I try to eat fresh fruits, veges, fish, and whole grains as much as possible. I also workout at the gym and jog outdoors. As I am getting older and older :), it's a never-ending battle just to stay "somewhat in shape!"
